This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator (“LC”) at Range Point Transportation in Moon, PA. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all operational activities to support the “life cycle of a load” including customer rapport building, quoting, order entry, carrier procurement, tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively. This person is extremely organized, has a high motor, and the ability to prioritize and knock down multiple tasks in a given day. The LC is crucial to ensuring we provide a high level of service to our customers.

Qualifications

- Logistics Coordinator, Load Planner, Carrier Support, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Task management and prioritization
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred
