Harry Range is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Range Point Transportation, where he leads the company’s mission “to be the most trusted name in freight”, while delivering precision, reliability, and strategic partnership in the logistics industry

With a deep background in freight brokerage and supply chain operations, Harry has built his career around helping manufacturers, industrial companies, and infrastructure partners move complex freight with confidence. His expertise spans open-deck transportation, time-sensitive project logistics, and building scalable brokerage and transportation solutions.

Under his leadership, Range Point has grown into a trusted logistics partner known for its strong carrier network, operational discipline, and customer-first approach. Harry is particularly passionate about creating long-term relationships with clients, investing in technology and talent, and building a company culture centered on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Harry is committed to continuous personal growth, staying active through sports and fitness, and spending quality time with his wife, son and dog.

Jack Range is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Range Point Transportation, where he leads the company’s growth strategy and revenue operations. With more than 14 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, Jack has built a career around developing customer partnerships, driving new business, and scaling high-performing sales organizations.Prior to co-founding Range Point with his brother Harry, Jack held a variety of roles across the transportation industry, including transactional brokerage, fully outsourced contract logistics, and managing national accounts within the CPG sector. This diverse background gives him a deep understanding of both operational execution and the strategic priorities of large shippers.

As CRO, Jack is responsible for leading the company’s commercial vision - focusing on strategic customer acquisition, long-term account growth, and strengthening Range Point’s position as a trusted logistics partner to industrial and manufacturing clients.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active through hockey and golf and values spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Bill Nash is the Chief Operating Officer of Range Point Transportation, where he leads the company’s operational strategy, execution, and scalability initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Bill has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence within fast-paced transportation environments.

Throughout his career, Bill has held senior leadership roles overseeing branch operations, managing P&L performance, and leading large sales and operations teams across multiple markets. He later served in a leadership role within a national logistics organization, further strengthening his expertise in large-scale operational execution, performance management, and continuous improvement.

As COO, Bill is responsible for aligning operations with Range Point’s growth strategy - focusing on service quality, carrier network performance, technology integration, and building the infrastructure needed to support long-term expansion. He is passionate about developing talent, creating disciplined processes, and ensuring Range Point consistently delivers reliable, high-quality service to its customers.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys staying active outdoors, whether hunting, playing sports, or tackling DIY projects that reflect his practical, hardworking nature.

Kyle Dudley is the Director of National Accounts for Range Point Transportation, where he leads the company’s largest customer relationships while focusing on team development, operational excellence, and long-term account growth. Known for his relentless commitment to both customer and carrier service, Kyle plays a key role in strengthening Range Point’s reputation as a trusted logistics partner.

With more than a decade of experience across all facets of third-party logistics, Kyle has held roles spanning sales, operations, and carrier management. This well-rounded background allows him to effectively align customer needs with operational execution while driving consistent service performance.

In his leadership role, Kyle is deeply committed to developing the next generation of logistics professionals. He takes great pride in mentoring team members, building strong operational processes, and fostering a culture focused on accountability, retention, and continuous improvement. His leadership has contributed to both sustained business growth and reduced employee attrition across the organization.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active, being present with his family and supporting his favorite sports team - the Pittsburgh Pirates.
