This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Solutions Manager located in Moon, PA. The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires daily interaction with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective transportation solutions. This is an inbound growth opportunity, meaning you will be the main contact for the account while supporting and growing the account on the operations side. You will be required to reduce attrition and develop ongoing partnerships to drive additional revenue where applicable.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow long term partnerships - each customer is important to our company
- Effectively demonstrate trucking solutions for all of your customers
- Identify new revenue streams through collaboration with outside sales reps to grow existing book of business
- Meet established KPIs in terms of load volume, net revenue and gross revenue

- Experience with high volume inbound/outbound calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in account management
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
